What to include in your tent rental quote request
A tent rental quote is only as accurate as the details behind it. Include:
- Date and time: the event date, plus any flexibility
- Guest count: and whether guests will be seated, standing or both
- Town: delivery distance affects the price
- Setup surface: grass, driveway, patio or a mix
- What you need: tent, sidewalls, tables, chairs, dance floor, lighting

A local tent company reviews your request and follows up to confirm the details. They may ask for a photo of the yard or schedule a site visit for a larger tent. Then you get a price. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
